The Magellim Group comprises 3 major areas of expertise: Magellim REIM, Magellim Capital and Magellim Infrastructures.

Our aim is to support projects and investments that provide lasting benefits, focusing our attention on industries that have the potential to transform a region and that are also essential for tackling the current and future environmental and socio-economic challenges (healthcare, energy transition, education, housing, digital, tech, etc.).

Magellim REIM’s objective is to contribute to the real estate renewal of our regions by carrying out useful investment projects in different asset classes such as housing, education, health, industry, offices, hotels, etc.

Magellim REIM brings together the Group’s real estate expertise from its four entities that are Foncière Magellan, A Plus Finance, Turgot, Baltis and Proximea. It is currently managed by François Grandvoinnet.

Thanks to transparent property funds combining financial and asset management, investors have the opportunity to contribute to tackling the various challenges facing regions and businesses in France and Europe.

Its primary aim is to develop regional healthcare infrastructures (medical centres, health centres, etc.) to optimise patient care and fight against poor health coverage.

Fully dedicated to urban renewal, this fund focuses on regional land portage, and the restructuring and development of property assets.

The SCI ViaGénérations

This Unit of account held by private medical insurers and insurance companies is committed to ‘better ageing’. ViaGénérations is the first financial vehicle to support social integration via lifetime investments. It is specifically designed to simultaneously promote homecare for the elderly people and increase their purchasing power.

The OPCI Silver Génération

To support ‘better ageing’ Silver Génération finances seniors residences with integrated services.

With our OMNP fund, we finance proptech companies committed to the energy transition investing in high-impact projects in France and Europe, such as innovation, seed capital or development capital. This way, we provide investors with investment funds offering financial returns while generating a real positive impact on society and the environment.

We seek to make finance sustainable through conviction-based financial investments. We manage a selective range of products invested in the main markets (Equities and Bonds) on behalf of private clients and institutional investors. An approach to financial management that comes in different formats to be tailor-made to the profile of our investor clients and the expectations of individuals:

Created in 2023 alongside Jean-Baptiste DJEBBARI, former Minister of Transport and an expert in mobility, energy and territorial dynamics, our ambition is to promote infrastructure projects that enable the deployment of sustainable transport and energy, the creation of circular ecosystems that ensure energy efficiency and the preservation of resources.

If we are to achieve our goals in the battle against global warming and in the reindustrialisation of France, we will need to develop clean mobility and energy solutions on a massive scale in keeping with the circular economy and optimising resources. Many projects are first relevant on a local scale before being rolled out more widely. In line with this, Magellim unfolds its know-how and skills, working as closely as possible with local players and ecosystems.
